Our home boasts a diverse and professional team of staff members which are all carefully assessed and qualified for their roles within our care community. Here, you can learn more about the core team at Oaklands - the people who uphold our extremely high standard of care!
Our Nurses
We employ a team of Night and Day nurses who are experienced and trained so they can fulfil their job roles to meet the needs of the service users. All of our nurses are experienced and all have a valid Nursing Pins in place.
Their role is to administer medication, help prepare care-plans, risk assessment and support the manager in the smooth running of the Home.
Nursing staff have under gone all aspects of mandatory and specialist training and are fully fit to lead and guide their team when on duty.
Other Staff
Oaklands also employs Domestics, Cooks, Laundry Assistants, Activities Co-ordinator and Maintenance staff.
Care Staff
Oaklands also employs Team Leaders who assist the nurses whilst on duty and support the other care staff in their job role. All team leaders and Care Assistants have a Clear DBS and have all mandatory training in place.
